Mr. Myers is a native of Harleyville, South Carolina. He attended Dorchester Academy where he received numerous accolades in both sports and academics including a State Championship in football and State Defensive Player of the Year honors. Myers was all-state in football, basketball and baseball in 2002-2003 and played American Legion Baseball. Myers has a Bachelors Degree from The Citadel in Physical Education and will complete a Masters of Sports Science from the United Sates Sports Academy in December. Chris played on The Citadel football team and worked in The Citadel Health Exercise and Sport Science Department (HESS) coordinating programming and setting up fitness and recreation for the Cadet Corps. Mr. Myers has also been employed as a Camp Recreation Activities Coordinator for the Southern Methodist and Southern Baptist Church Summer Camp Programs in South Carolina, Georgia and the eastern European country of Romania.

Sandi has the longest tenure within the organization's administrative staff of almost 14 years as the Office Manager/Finance Manager. She is a one person office, who performs various bookkeeping and clerical duties that include: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reconciling Bank Statements, typing reports, minutes, monthly financial reports, and the maintaining of employee records. Before coming to the Recreation Department, Sandi’s work experience includes long stints within the corporate, legal, medical research, and real estate fields. Sandi was born in Walterboro, and raised in the small town of Lodge, South Carolina (Colleton County). She is a graduate of Bells High School, as well as Palmer Business College. Sandi is also a certified paralegal. Along with her husband, Sandi has four children and five grandchildren.

Billy has worked in the organization for just over seven years as the Foreman of Parks and Facilities. Billy leads a staff of dedicated professionals, overseeing the maintenance and grounds keeping of all county parks, as well as the "Ballyard" Complex and Forest Park. In addition, Billy's staff also maintains the Recreation Center for all sports programs, classes, and functions. Prior to coming to the Rec Department, Billy was the chief engineer at several local hotels. As a military brat, Billy has lived throughout the world, but chose to move back to Walterboro to his family homestead. Billy and his wife have two children, including a toddler.
