COACHES CERTIFICATION
ONLY CERTIFIED COACHES THAT HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY THE COCOREC DEPARTMENT CAN COACH IN THE COCOREC BASKETBALL LEAGUE
Coaches will be responsible for taking this certification "on-line" at NAYS.org. The fee for this certification is $25.00, which can also be paid on-line. Each year every coach MUST be certified.
After completing the online course, all coaches are required to forward a receipt from the online program to the Recreation Department. Must be completed and forwarded by December 1, 2011
Background checks are also required. Simply go to http://www.ncsisafe.com and click on "Background Check Screening Self Registration" on the left side of the webpage. Complete three easy steps: Must be completed and verified by December 1, 2011.
